November has been a crazy month!

AirBNB

November was a great month for hosting my apartment on AirBNB; and was my first full calendar month. I found that most booking were made within 2 weeks of the stay. So looking at the start of the month, it looked as if it was going to be quiet. But by months end, 23 out of 30 days were booked. December started to fill up close to the end of the month.

Property Services Business

It was a great month for my property services business as service requests came in before the rush into December. Most jobs were small, but the volume was quite high.

Profit/Loss: +$882
